We understand that traveling, especially on adventures like the Inca Trail or when you're on an extended vacation, means carrying extra luggage. So that you can focus on enjoying the experience without unnecessary burdens, we offer to safely store your belongings during your hike.

When do I give you my suitcases to store them?

Simply notify our staff at the time of booking or in your briefing that you wish to use our free luggage storage service. We will provide you with labels so you can clearly identify your belongings. Once you have completed the necessary information, we will arrange to store your luggage in our secure facility until your trip is complete.

Where are our suitcases stored?

Your luggage is stored in areas reserved for luggage in any of our offices in Lima, Cusco and/or Machu Picchu. You can use the service at any of our offices.

Storage option in Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu town

If you wish, we can also store your luggage at the Hotel Encanto in Aguas Calientes, the town located at the foot of Machu Picchu. This option is ideal for those who wish to travel light during their exploration of the Historical Sanctuary, Machu Picchu.

What happens if I stay longer in Machu Picchu town?

Many people want to stay one more day in Machu Picchu. If you do so, your luggage will be delivered on the day of your return to Cusco.

What happens if I want to see more places in Cusco?

Cusco, in addition to Machu Picchu, has other equally or more beautiful attractions to visit, you can contact us and take the tour. Your luggage will also be delivered to you upon your return.
